Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders received after 17:00 GMT will be processed the following business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Times: Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–8 business days (Monday to Friday). Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
• Shipping Cost: We offer free standard delivery on all orders shipped within Australia.
• Shipping Carrier: Orders are shipped via reputable national and/or international couriers, with tracking provided.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at: info@heretodressyou.com

• Orders may only be cancelled prior to being prepared for dispatch.
• Once your order has been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.

Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Goods

Change of Mind Returns

• Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for change of mind at this time.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for items that are:

• Damaged on arrival
• Faulty or not functioning as intended
• Incorrect (i.e. you received the wrong item)

If any of the above applies:

2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
3. We will offer a suitable remedy, such as a replacement item or a full refund, including shipping where applicable.

Delays & Liability

• While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, HereToDressyou is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, customs delays, pandemics).
• We recommend allowing additional time during peak periods such as holidays or public events.
